As a small Canadian HR software company, we take the time to get to know each client’s hiring challenges and unique recruiting needs. We listen closely to feedback and can implement a new idea in a much shorter period of time than a larger company. Being small means we offer greater flexibility, a personal touch and one-on-one attention. (Being Canadian, of course, means we’re super nice).

Customer Support

HireGround provides email and telephone support for any user of our StartDate recruitment software, including both HR and job seekers. We strive to provide fast, friendly service to resolve any questions or issues and ensure a great experience for all. We offer unlimited service during business hours, Monday thru Friday.

Training

New users of the StartDate ATS receive training tailored to their role and company setup. During implementation, a project manager ensures your team understands the key features and feels confident using the system. We provide phone support, webinars, and a demo environment to practice posting and applying to jobs before going live. Our system is so easy to use that full recruiter training takes roughly 45 minutes. When new users join your team, we’re happy to provide additional training sessions by request — at no extra cost.

StartDate is a division of Payroll Guardian (PGi). The software was originally developed by HireGround Software Solutions and continues to be supported by the same experienced product and support team, now part of PGi.
